As Tampa's original and largest Buyer Agent Realtor firm, we only represent home buyers. We do, however, have two very successful programs for home sellers.

"MLS By Owner" Program - As a prospecting tool to obtain buyers, we place homes into the Realtor MLS program. Sellers represent themselves, and arrange all showings and negotiations. Sellers have the Realtors most powerful tool, the Multiple Listing Service, but at a fraction of the cost. If the seller sells the home with a Realtor, the commission is only 3 ½%. If no Realtor is involved the cost is only ½%. Homes under this program sell as quickly as homes listed at 6% and 7%, saving sellers thousands of dollars. "Realtor Referral" Service - If sellers want representation, we can help them find a Listing Agent that provides good service. In addition to making recommendations based on our experience, we have a computer program that determines the success statistics of individual agents by area (including what % of their listings sell, in how many days, for what % of list price, etc.). This service is free to sellers.
